Central kitchen throughput, site mobilisation, service delivery and workforce deployment.
Head of Food Safety & Quality
HACCP systems, audit readiness, laboratory programme and regulatory liaison. Reports independently of operations.
Head of Supply Chain
Procurement, vendor qualification, cold-chain integrity and distribution planning.
Named biographies and photographs are published on request during evaluation and are included in every tender submission as part of the key personnel schedule.
